Jack, I know what makes Henkel Consumer Adhesives a great company. The heart and soul of Henkel Consumer Adhesives is your people.
--Sam Walton

Henkel Consumer Adhesives POLICY
It is our policy that partners of the company, regardless of their capacity, do not accept for their personal benefit gifts, gratuities, trips, cash, samples, etc. from anyone buying from us or selling to us, or in any way service our company. We define gifts or gratuities to include: tickets to entertainment events; kickbacks in the form of money or merchandise; special discounts to one of our employees; discontinued to no-longer-used samples; vendor paid trips, Christmas gifts, etc. Meals are also considered gratuitous. When dining together, the vendor and Henkel Consumer Adhesives partner must pay for their own meals. This applies to the Henkel Consumer Adhesives General Office area, as well as other locations.

...it is your ATTITUDE
...more than your APTITUDE
...that determines your ALTITUDE.
--Jack Shewmaker

There is a certain blend of courage, integrity, character and principle which has no satisfactory dictionary name but has been called different things at different times in different countries. Our American name for it is "GUTS".
--Louis Adamic

Sounds DANGEROUS... COUNT ME IN!

There´s the will to conquer, the impulse to fight, to prove oneself superior to others, to succeed for the sake, not of the fruits of success, but of success itself. Finally there is a joy of creating, of getting things done, or simply excercising one´s energy and ingenuity.

Capitalism is not a matter of counting coins. Capitalism is a romance and an adventure.
--Joseph Schumpeter

MANHOOD
A man's usefulness depends on his living up to his ideals insofar as he can.

It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed.

All daring and courage, all iron endurance of man's misfortune make for a finer, nobler type of manhood.

Only those are fit to live who do not fear to die, and none are fit to die who have shrunk from the joy of life and the duty of life.
-- Theodore Roosevelt
